PTE Magic CEO Moni Vuong Named Among Top 10 EdTech Women
PTE Magic Philippines co-founder and CEO Moni Vuong has received recognition at the Bett Asia EdTech 10 List 2025. This prestigious honor highlights women who are transforming education through technology in Southeast Asia. Vuong’s achievements showcase the impact of female leaders in the educational technology sector.
What Is the Bett Asia EdTech 10 List?
Bett Asia EdTech Conference and Expo is the biggest EdTech event in Southeast Asia, bringing together government leaders, education experts, founders, and EdTech organizations from over 30 countries. Every year, the conference releases the Bett Asia EdTech 10 List, a curated selection honoring women who have made significant contributions to education through innovation and technology.
Last October, the 2025 list revealed 10 remarkable women from the region, including leaders from Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and the Philippines. During the Bett Asia 2025 event, attendees celebrated these honorees, and their achievements shone brightly on the Classroom Theatre stage.
A Leader Who Started as a Teacher
Before becoming the CEO of PTE Magic, Moni Vuong began her career as an English teacher. That classroom experience shaped her belief that quality test preparation should be accessible to everyone, not just those who can afford premium tutoring.
Together with her team, Moni built PTE Magic into a top PTE training center. The brand now operates 10 centers in Vietnam, Australia, and the Philippines. It has helped over 300,000 learners from more than 50 countries achieve their target PTE scores. This success unlocks opportunities for them to study, work, and migrate abroad.
Moni is a passionate educator and content creator with over 130,000 subscribers on YouTube. She makes learning personal, practical, and effective for diverse communities in the region.
Empowering Women in Education and Technology
The Bett Asia EdTech 10 List celebrates women who are breaking barriers and transforming the future of education. For Moni, this recognition highlights what women can achieve when given the right platform and opportunity to lead. It serves as an inspiration for others to create a positive change within the industry.
Speaking about the honor, Moni shared: “I’m proud to bring a woman’s perspective to technology and education, and grateful that Bett Asia’s EdTech 10 celebrates this diversity. I hope my journey can inspire more women and young people to dream big and explore the power of education and technology”.
At PTE Magic Philippines, this spirit influences all we do. We believe empowering learners, especially women in healthcare, education, and skilled professions abroad, creates a ripple effect that transforms families and communities.
